GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK, Tenn. — Are you suffering from cabin fever from the COVID winter? Take a drive in nature in a park near you.
When the forecast showed sunny weather and a high of 54 for Sunday, Feb. 21, I just had to get out of the house for awhile and take a drive south to Cades Cove through Townsend, Tennessee.
Ran across a few wild turkeys and some white tailed deer. There was a report of a black bear sighting earlier in the day according to the park rangers at the visitors center.
I got a few shots of the turkeys to add in the morning from the Cannon zoom. This was another exploratory trip trying out the new iPhone 11 cam.
Enjoy the views. (You can see the photos large by simply clicking on them).
